Refund policy

At Lushmatic, LC, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products with a generous warranty and return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

Warranty 

All Lushmatic lamps are backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. After the warranty period, replacement parts are available for purchase. 

Returns 

  • To be eligible, your item must be in original condition and in its original packaging. 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

  • Contact us at support@lushmatic.com within 45 days of delivery. 

Refunds 

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. 

Exchanges 

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@lushmatic.com within 7 days of delivery. 

Non-returnable Items 

  • Gift cards and digital downloads are non-refundable. 

  • Products showing signs of modification, misuse, or improper installation are not eligible for return.
