Shipping policy

At Lushmatic, LC, we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely, quickly, and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and packed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3 p.m. CST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected service.

  • Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • Expedited or express options may be available for an additional fee.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather, or supply-chain conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate.

Shipping Damage or Loss

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product.

  2. Contact us at support@lushmatic.com within 7 days of delivery.

  3. We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and, if eligible, send a replacement or refund.

Lushmatic, LC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.

  • For international orders, please contact support@lushmatic.com to confirm availability and rates.

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.

Pre-Orders and Backorders

If an item is marked as pre-order or backorder, we’ll provide an estimated ship date on the product page. You’ll be notified by email if there are any delays.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after checkout, please contact us immediately at support@lushmatic.com. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.
